GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

It is registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 453 986 994, and its VAT identication number is FR96453986994. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinaer referred to as the "GTC") govern all relations between NATURA and any individual purchasing products ofered for sale by NATURA on this website for personal use.Please note that these GTC apply exclusively and supersede any other conditions, including those applicableto sales conducted in NATURA's physical stores and boutiques.Visitors to this website are free to print or download these GTC, provided they do not modify them.
Article 1. Purpose
These GTC govern the sale and ofer for sale of products by NATURA exclusively through this website, accessible notably at the following address: www.naturabrasil.fr (hereinaer referred to as the "Site").Within these GTC, the terms "Product" or "Products" refer to the product(s) ofered for sale on the Site.The customer (hereinaer referred to as the "Customer") is any person who visits one or more web pages ofthe Site, whether or not they initiate a purchase process on the Site.The Customer must have full legal capacity and be of legal age.By placing an order for a Product from NATURA on the Site and checking the box "I accept the terms ofsale," the Customer acknowledges having read these GTC beforehand and accepts them without restriction.These accepted GTC will be the only ones applicable to orders placed via the Site, regardless of the Product(s)purchased by the Customer.NATURA reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time by publishing a new version on the Site.
Article 2. Specic Conditions of Sale
The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of each order, thespecic conditions of sale displayed on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color,particular characteristics of the Products) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.Placing and conrming an order implies full and complete acceptance by the Customer of these GTC as wellas the specic conditions of sale applicable to the order.
Article 3. Ofer
The ofers of Products made by NATURA on the Site are valid as long as the Products aredisplayed on the Site and within the limits of available stock.
Article 4. Essential Characteristics of the Products
NATURA invites the Customer to consult the productdescriptions on the Site to learn about their specic features. In case of doubt or if the Customer requiresadditional information, they may contact NATURA by email at contact@naturabrasil.fr and/or by phone at+33 (0)9 73 79 55 13.Any diferences between photographs and Products shall be considered minor and not afect the essentialcharacteristics of the Products.In the event of an obvious error regarding a Product’s characteristics or its representation and/or the salesconditions, the Customer agrees to contact NATURA by email or phone to report the error. NATURAcommits to correcting such errors once they are made known.Product prices on the Site and invoices provided to the Customer are indicated in euros and include all taxes(TTC), considering the applicable VAT rate on the date of the order.NATURA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, which the Customer accepts. In all cases, Productsare invoiced based on the rates in efect on the Site at the time the order is conrmed.All orders, regardless of the country of origin, are payable in euros. Any conversion fees or charges relatedto the Customer’s bank account currency are the sole responsibility of the Customer.The prices displayed on product pages do not include delivery costs, which are added during checkout andindicated prior to order conrmation. Customers may also consult the FAQ section "What are the deliverycosts and times?"Product prices and delivery costs are non-negotiable.Each order must be paid in full at the time it is placed. NATURA does not ofer credit.
Article 5. Order Registration and Validation
The Customer expressly agrees that NATURA’s automatic orderrecording systems shall be considered valid proof of the nature, content, price, and date of the order.
5.1. Site Navigation The Customer may browse the Site freely to view available Products without beingobligated to place an order.
5.2. Order Registration
5.2.1. Product Selection To place an order, the Customer selects the Products topurchase, species the quantity (up to a maximum of 10 identical items per order), and clicks “Add to cart.”The Customer may view, modify, or delete items from their cart at any time by clicking the “Cart” icon.Once ready, the Customer clicks “Order” to proceed.
5.2.2. Customer Identication The Customer logs in using their email and password. If they do not have anaccount, they must create one.The Customer is solely responsible for their password and its use.
5.2.3. Order Validation The Customer completes the order form, selects the delivery method, enters billingand delivery addresses, provides payment details, reviews the GTC, and conrms the order by clicking“Conrm payment.”
5.3. Order Conrmation Aer payment, the Customer receives a conrmation screen and email with asummary and order number.NATURA reserves the right to cancel orders for valid reasons, including supply issues, anomalies, orforeseeable delivery problems.
5.4. Order Limits Orders are limited to €500 TTC. Beyond that amount, Customers must contact NATURA.Maximum of 10 identical items per order.
Article 6. Delivery
6.1. Countries Served Products are delivered only to: mainland France (including Corsicaand Monaco), Belgium, UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
6.2. Product Availability Product availability is subject to stock. If unavailable, the Customer will beinformed, and a refund will be issued.
6.3. Delivery Methods An email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment. NATURA strives to deliverwithin 30 business days.
6.4. Delivery Delays In case of delays, Customers must contact NATURA. If the delay exceeds 30 days, theCustomer may cancel the order and request a refund.
6.5. Receipt of Goods The Customer must check the condition of the package and contents upon delivery.Damaged goods must be reported to the carrier and NATURA.
6.6. Product Conformity – Legal Warranties The Customer benets from legal warranties (conformity andhidden defects). If non-conforming, the Customer may request a replacement, refund, or price reduction.
Article 7. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without providing areason. For multi-item orders, the period starts from receipt of the last item.To exercise this right, the Customer must email contact@naturabrasil.fr and clearly state the decision towithdraw.The Customer must return the goods at their own cost within 14 days to: NATURA – c/o DUHAMELLOGISTIQUE – Site 9 7 voie communale – ZA les Vignettes 27690 Léry, FRANCEThe Customer is responsible only for diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to verifythe nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.Unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.NATURA will reimburse all payments within 14 days aer being informed of the withdrawal, using the samepayment method.
Article 8. Payment
The price charged is the one conrmed by the Customer.Payment must be made by credit card in a secure environment via SHOPIFY/PAYPAL. Cards accepted: Visa,Mastercard, Eurocard.Bank details are encrypted and not stored by NATURA.NATURA may refuse or cancel orders in case of payment issues, fraud, or orders outside the delivery area.NATURA may request proof of identity or payment. Failure to provide documents within 15 working daysmay lead to order cancellation.Providing requested documents may delay delivery accordingly.
Article 9. Service Interruptions
The Site is accessible 24/7 except in cases of force majeure or events beyondNATURA’s control. NATURA may temporarily interrupt access to all or part of the Site for maintenancepurposes, without any compensation owed to the Customer.The Customer acknowledges the complexity of global networks and the unequal capabilities of varioussub-networks, the user trac at certain times, and various bottlenecks at certain Internet locations. Givencurrent transmission protocols via the Internet, which cannot guarantee reliable, continuous reception ofmessages or integrity of transmitted documents, NATURA cannot be held liable for transmission issues orfailures due to network malfunction.
Article 10. Force Majeure
NATURA shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, or non-performance of itsobligations under these GTC when such failure or delay results from a force majeure event, as commonlydened by French case law.
Article 11. Personal Data
Placing orders requires NATURA to collect and process the Customer’s personaldata, in compliance with French law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Data Processing, Files, and Freedoms, asamended by law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004.Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and object totheir data for legitimate reasons by writing to: contact@naturabrasil.fr.For further information on data protection, the Customer is invited to consult NATURA’s privacy policy.
Article 12. Governing Law – Mediation
These GTC are governed by French law. The ofer of Products, theGTC, and any special terms are written in both French and English. In the event of a dispute before Frenchcourts, only the French version shall prevail.NATURA adheres to the French e-commerce federation FEVAD and its code of conduct.In accordance with the Consumer Code on amicable dispute resolution, NATURA uses the FEVADe-commerce mediation service: FEVAD Consumer Mediator BP 20015 – 75362 PARIS CEDEX 8, Francehttp://www.mediateurfevad.frBefore contacting the Mediator, Customers must rst attempt to resolve the issue directly by contactingNATURA Customer Service at 50 rue Taitbout, 75009 Paris.If this written procedure does not resolve the dispute, the Mediator can be contacted. More information onhow to do so is available at: http://www.mediateurfevad.fr/index.php/espace-consommateur/For online purchases, Customers may also le complaints via the European Commission’s Online DisputeResolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The platform will forward the complaint to therelevant national mediators.
